Today is the last day of my Whole30. I completely forgot. How crazy is that? I am so content with my eating and living habits that I've lost track of these 30 days. I'm kind of sad. I don't want it to end and I don't think I will end it.

I'm thinking a lot about the reintroduction phase. What do I want to reintroduce and when? I know I want yogurt back in because those probiotics are crucial to my everything-intollerant digestive system. I also know I want honey back in (for the yogurt mainly). Potatoes and rice are fine by me, so is quinoa, but I always hestiate to reintroduce those because they're like a gateway carb. One day I'm eating rice, the next day I'm scarfing down a loaf of bread.

Here's my reintroduction plan as it stands:

Day 1: Yogurt

Day 3: sugar (honey and maple syrup only)

Days 4-5: back to yogurt only

Day 6: corn (popcorn only)

Day 8: potatoes, rice, quinoa

That's as far as I've gotten. I don't want sugar back in, or gluten grains, for now. I just want to stay nice and energized in the final weeks leading up to Ramadan.
