"I was always tired. I am always tired. I now read articles about how great sleep is and how important it is and I cry because I want it so bad and I am so mad at how great everyne seems to be at it." - Amy Pohler

(on page 219) I am thoroughly enjoying this book and I highly recommend it. I've read Tina Fey's Bossypants and Mindy Kaling's Is Everyone Hanging Out WIthout Me. I have to say Yes Please is in a world of its own. While I'm reading it, I feel that Amy (we're on a first name basis now) is putting a bit of herself in every part of it. Even when she's being self-depricating or snarky she's still being so completely honest.

While I can't personally relate to Amy's experience in show-biz or improv, I can relate to the emotions and the lessons associated with them. A good example of this is the above quote in her chapter "Bad Sleeper" which is the first time I've ever read something that really seemed to understand and put into words my personal lifelong struggles with insomnia. I almost cried when I read that I am not completely alone in my thoughts and feelings on the subjects. My personal favorite chapter so far is about apologies and I'll leave to read about it and learn why..
